One month term is the period of time the property is marketed with Humphrey & Co Estates which will be listed on all applicable marketing portals including Humphrey & Co Estates website.
You are not required to sign any documents to list your property and can inform Humphrey & Co via email with 3 days notice to withdraw your property from the market. You will be required to provide Identification (Passport or Driving License).
No fee is payable unless Humphrey & Co Estates secure a buyer to purchase your property and completion has not occurred. A fee which is agreed prior to marketing the property is applicable within one working day after completion.
Once completion has occurred a £100 credit will be paid to a nominate account within 48 hours. This offer is for the period: 26th November 2019 - 31st January 2020.
